![]() Step 1 Start with your tying thread. Cover only the hook shank. Tie in a clump of buck tail and a piece of golden Crystal Flash. Turn the hook upside down, and tie in a clump of Frizz fibre. Split the clump of fibre to fit in the hook bend.
Step 2 Tie on both sides of the hook shank two Saddle Hackles.
Step 3 Tie in one Saddle Hackle to make the hackle.
Step 4 The hackle is used to hold the Bucktail stands wide when wet.
Step 5 Tie in a clump of buck tail, one on top and one beneath the hook shank.
Step 6 Tie in a clump of buck tail on each side of the hook shank. |

Step 7 Again, tie in one Saddle Hackle to make the hackle.
Step 8 Again, Tie in a clump of buck tail, one on top and one beneath the hook shank. The clump beneath the hook shank is from the "center" of your Buck tail skin.
Step 9 Again, Tie in a clump of buck tail on each side of the hook shank.
Step 10 The streamer seen from above.
Step 11 Again, Tie in a clump of buck tail, one on top and one beneath the hook shank. Use this time the brown colored Buck tail from the center of your Buck tail skin. Glue holographic eyes on each side of the hook shank.
Step 12 Again, Tie in a clump of red buck tail together with Crystal Flash, one on top and one beneath the hook shank. You can make this streamer in any color you like. To resemble any kind of bait fish. Or even frogs. This streamer can be used for many predatorial fish. |
